PS: Volunteers needed

To carry out our events, we always need volunteers, in particular for: preparing the room before the session, reception desk, catering management on site, entrance of participants, moderator for discussion, tidy up room, a.s.o. In case we are streaming the session, we additionally need at least 2 volunteers to assist with setting up the cameras, light and other equipment (from 10:00), operators for the cameras and microphones during the session and dismantlement after the session.
