Community Fellowship Opportunity We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity from Nick Hyrka, the Regional Community Engagement Manager, Europe. The Internet Society has launched a new Community Fellowshipto support members in advocacy work and hands-on skills development for building and defending a secure, accessible, and trustworthy internet. The fellowship includes online training and an in-person community workshop(hosted in the APAC and LAC regions this year). Applications are now open for chapter members who: ✅ Are interested in advocacy for a stronger internet ✅ Can participate in online training and travel for an in-person workshop ✅ Are proficient in English (verbal and written) ✅ Hold a valid passport (valid until April 2026) ✅ Have continuous internet access ✅ Can dedicate approximately 2 hours per weekfrom May to October 2025 ✅ Are available for all required sessions (between 13:00–17:00 UTC) ✅ Can complete all mandatory deliverables and attend the in-person workshop If you meet these criteria, we encourage you to apply before 14 March at 23:59 UTC.
